Presentation of new fabrics of leading textile enterprises of Concern “Bellegprom”

On December 26 in Concern “Bellegprom” there was organized the working meeting on the presentation of new types (samples) of fabrics which were produced on Orsha Linen Mill, JSC “Kamvol”, JSC “Mogotex” and JSC “Baranovichi Cotton Production Amalgamation”. At the meeting there were present the heads of textile enterprises of the concern, representatives of educational institutions which are engaged in the training of specialists in the sphere of textile and clothes design, clothes designers Yulia Latushkina and Ludmila Labkova, heads of sewing enterprises of the Concern, business representatives and individual entrepreneurs.
For the presentation of their products the heads of the enterprises brought a wide range of new developments which became a subject of the discussion.
The realization of large investment projects on leading textile enterprises of the Republic of Belarus has been completed today. They carry out the active work on expansion and renewal of the range of their products. The quality and competitiveness of new fabrics is of no doubts but there is the lack of marketing and promotion of these products. Sewing enterprises, designers and individual entrepreneurs sometimes don't know about new products and technical abilities of textile enterprises.
The dialog between manufacturers and consumers of fabrics turned out functional. There were discussed questions of staff training, showrooms creation at the enterprises, young designers support, deep cooperation with the sewing enterprises etc. The subject of creation on the basis of JSC “Kamvol” of a design studio or a creative workshop was approved and supported both by the heads of textile enterprises and by designers. The document in which questions of financing, placement and preferences for participants of the studio will find reflection is now being developed. It was offered to all attendee to create clothes collections from new types of fabrics and to present them to the audience at the end of January, 2018.
We invite everybody who is involved into textile and apparel industry to take part in creation and representation of new collections from the new range of Belarusian fabrics.
